Taking place within SHED I at the Queen Victoria Market, this cooking demonstration is perfect for those immediately wanting to reduce their food waste.
We work with Market stall holders to find out what food they will be throwing away if it’s not sold that day. The food is taken back to the public demonstration kitchen to show the public two simple quick recipes they can do at home with these ingredients.
Tasting samples and recipes are handed out.
