How can we design better systems to accommodate as we move through life and for the older age group. Avoid some of the established permaculture design element pitfalls, to develop a design that will stand the test of time.
Pete has watch many of his student designers and older Permie friends and clients design wonderful systems that really suit a youthful cohort. While these are systems are fun and productive they often need a lot of physical input to establish and even maintain, so how could we design better for the older age group and avoid some of the established permaculture pitfalls. Should we be making such a bold jump into large country properties or extensive urban systems at this age. What can the people wishing to go down this path do to get an idea of what they are really in for with their chosen future lifestyle.
